Florida Homeowner Tax Credits
A federal income tax credit of up to $1,500 is available through December 31, 2010 for qualifying home energy efficiency improvements such as high-efficiency air conditioning systems.
Homeowners who purchase a qualified Air Conditioning Systems between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010 are now eligible for a tax credit equal to 30% of the full purchase and installation price with a cap of $1,500.
